The lower and top casings of a steering column are shown in fig. 16-45.
Removal
Before a detachment of the rechargeable battery find out whether you have a code of turning on of the radio receiver.
Switch off ignition and disconnect a wire of "weight" from the rechargeable battery.
Establish car wheels for the movement directly forward.
Key unscrew the bolts of Torx of fastening of a safety cushion located on each side from the back party of a steering wheel (see fig. 14-2).
Prevention
The electric socket of a spiral of a steering wheel should not be disconnected at removal of a steering wheel.
Incline a safety cushion back, disconnect the electric socket and remove a pillow.
Disconnect the electric socket from a spiral of a steering wheel.
unscrew a nut (or a bolt) and remove the helmsman a wheel.
Having pulled on itself, remove an overlay of the lower casing.

On models with mechanical adjustment of provision of a steering column unscrew screws 1 (fig. 16-47) and remove the handle of adjustment of provision of a steering column.
Unscrew screws 7 and 8 and remove the lower casing of a steering column.
On models with electric adjustment of provision of a steering column disconnect the electric socket from the switch of adjustment of provision of a steering column. Unscrew bolts of fastening of the switch and remove it.
Installation
Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.
