The arrangement of a cable and elements of its fastening are shown in fig. 16-11.
Removal
In interior of the car from the driver unscrew screws and remove a decorative lower slip from the dashboard. Unscrew two bolts and remove the handle of opening of a cowl 2 (see fig. 16-11) together with an arm. Disconnect a cable from the handle of opening of a cowl.
Weaken the screw of fastening of a clip of the 6th cable of the lock of a cowl.
Disconnect a cowl lock cable from a connector 4.
Release fastenings of a cover of a cable in a motor compartment, take a cable from a partition of a motor compartment and remove it from the car.
Installation
Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.
Establish a cable in a motor compartment without preliminary tension.
