Removal
Remove a door upholstery.
Remove an arm from a door.

The small screw-driver take out a spring bracket of 1 (fig. 16-27) from a groove of the directing pin 4 and remove a washer 2.
Move glass from the directing pin a little and lower a pin on guides.
Remove from the directing pin a damper 3.

Remove the directing pins of forward and back fastenings of glass. A drill with a diameter of 5 mm drill the central part of a bolt of 1 (fig. 16-28) and remove elements of fastening of the directing pin.
Raising a back part of glass and at the same time turning it, extract glass outside from a window opening of a door.
Installation
In the sequence, to the return to removal, establish glass at a door and fix it on the directing pins.
Apply the kontrovochny list of D 185400 A2 on a carving of new bolts of fastening forward and back directing to glasses. Establish the directing pin and the plug from the inside of glass, fix them from the outer side by a bolt with a washer, having tightened a bolt the moment of 2 N · m. Establish on the directing upholstery cover pins (see fig. 16-28).
At installation of the lower fastening of glass combine a glass groove with the directing pin and fix it by a spring bracket with a washer and a damper (see fig. 16-28).

Adjust the provision of the lifted glass rotation of the top emphasis on a sled of the directing pin (fig. 16-29).
Adjust position of the upper edge of glass in relation to an internal ledge of consolidation of glass. Adjustment of glass is carried out on the closed door.
Adjust glass so that its top part evenly adjoined to consolidation and pressed a consolidation edge on 1 mm. If glass is strongly pressed into consolidation, then the door will be closed with big effort.
