2.16. Check of antisplash covers of hinges of a forward suspension bracket
Lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports, at the same time wheels have to be groundless.
Light with a portable lamp antisplash covers of the lower hinges of a forward suspension bracket and check their state.

Light with a portable lamp antisplash covers of the top hinges of a forward suspension bracket, and also an antisplash cover of a tip of steering draft 1 and check their state (fig. 2-23).
Any damage of these covers will lead to lubricant leak, hit of water and dirt and, as a result, bystry wear of spherical hinges or the steering mechanism. For safety replace the corresponding defective hinge with an antisplash cover with service stations.
