3.7. Frictional slip
Note the provision of a frictional slip concerning the engine.
Turn out bolts and remove a frictional slip.
Establish a frictional slip with a washer of 2 (fig. 3.1-66) and a basic washer 1 with a thickness of 3 or 4 mm.
Screw in not less than three old bolts of fastening of a flywheel and tighten their moment 30 N · m. Measure distance and (fig. 3.1-67) from an engine flange to a face surface of a flywheel which for the automatic transmission has to be equal to 18,1-19,7 mm.
If the distance does not correspond to demanded, establish a washer of other thickness under a flywheel. After achievement of the necessary size replace bolts of fastening of a flywheel with new and tighten them the required moment.

If it is necessary to replace the needle bearing in a back end face of a bent shaft, use the special Kukko 22/1 and Kukko 21/1 tool (fig. 3.1-68). Install the special tool on a back end face of a bent shaft and a vypressuyta the needle bearing.
For a press fitting of the new needle bearing use a mandrel 3264.
