3.3. Poliklinova belt
Poliklinova the belt carries out the drive of the generator, the pump of the amplifier of steering, the fan of a radiator, the compressor of the conditioner and the water pump depending on modification of the engine.
Removal
At removal of a poliklinovy belt it is necessary to consider the following.

1. At removal and installation of a pulley of 13 (Fig. 3.1-39) for fixing it from a provorachivaniye it is necessary to use the special tool 3212.
2. At installation it is necessary to use a new sealing ring 16.
3. It is strictly forbidden to unscrew and separate pipelines for coolant.
4. At removal of the engine the compressor 22 conditioners needs to be moved together with the pipelines connected to it with coolant aside and to fix it on a body by a soft wire.
5. Installation of a pulley 24 is possible only in one situation.
Disconnect a wire of "weight" from the rechargeable battery.
Unscrew a casing of the fan of a radiator and remove it.
Holding a radiator fan pulley from a provorachivaniye a special key 3212, a usual key unscrew a bolt of fastening of a pulley. As the bolt has the left carving, for unscrewing it is necessary to rotate it clockwise (fig. 3.1-40).
Lift the fan of a radiator up and remove it from the car.

Weaken the collars shown by shooters in fig. 3.1-42 and remove the air branch pipe which is connecting the measuring instrument of a consumption of air and soaking up the pipeline.
Prevention
Chalk, marker or paint note the direction of rotation of a poliklinovy belt. If at installation poliklinovy the belt rotates in other party, it will lead to its destruction.

Using a face six-sided key on 10 mm, weaken a tension of a poliklinovy belt, having turned the tension mechanism clockwise before combination of openings of 1 and 2 (fig. 3.1-44).
Fix the tension mechanism in this situation, having inserted a steel core with a diameter of 5 mm into an opening.
Take off poliklinovy a belt from pulleys.
Installation
Put on a driving belt, affecting in the direction counterclockwise, at first a pulley of a bent shaft, and then and a tension roller.

At installation of a poliklinovy belt pay attention to its correct arrangement on pulleys (fig. 3.1-45, 3.1-46, 3.1-47,3.1-48).
Take out the steel core fixing the tension mechanism.
Establish a pulley of the fan of a radiator and fix it by a nut, having tightened its moment 37 N · m.
Prevention
The nut of fastening of a pulley of the fan of a radiator has the left carving therefore it is necessary to tighten it turn counterclockwise.
Launch the engine, check correctness and uniformity of movement of a poliklinovy belt.
