3.12. Left cover of a head of the block of cylinders
Prevention
All clips and collars which at removal of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders will be damaged or cut at installation of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders need to be replaced with new.
Removal
Unscrew four screws and remove an engine casing (see fig. 3.1-7).

Disconnect draft of management 1 (see fig. 3.1-14) from the vacuum block.
Remove from the vacuum block a vacuum hose 3.
Turn off a nut 2 and remove the vacuum block.
Disconnect a hose of ventilation of a case from a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
Release a vacuum hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes from clamps.
Disconnect a rope and take it aside.

Installation
Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal, taking into account the following.
If necessary replace laying of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
At installation of a cover on basic surfaces of extreme covers of the camshaft apply a thin film of sealant D 454 300 A, at the same time do not block an opening for oil supply.
Before installation of laying spray silicon A2 lubricant D 007 000 on both of its parties.
Tighten bolts of fastening of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders gradually on diagonal.
