3.6. Two-mass flywheel

Remove the transmission.

Turning a bent shaft of the engine in the direction of its working rotation for a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a bent shaft, install the piston of the first cylinder in the top dead point (TDP).

Make sure that the tag on a pulley of a bent shaft was combined with the index on a casing (see fig. 3.1-51).

Record a bent shaft in this situation. For fixing of a bent shaft turn out the sensor of the moment of ignition from the block of cylinders and instead of it screw in the adjusting screw 3242 (see fig. 3.1-53).

Unscrew bolts and, being careful, remove a flywheel.

Establish a flywheel in the sequence, the return to removal, at the same time it is necessary to use new bolts of its fastening. Moment of tightening of bolts of fastening of a flywheel: 60 N · + to tighten m on a corner 180 °.
