18.5. Lower forward frame

Removal
Hook on captures of the load-lifting mechanism for the engine and raise so that the weight of the engine was perceived by the load-lifting mechanism.
Using a screw-driver edge as the lever, remove a cap from the central part of a disk of a wheel.
On the car standing on wheels weaken and unscrew on ten turns bolts with a fillet, the fixing drive shaft to naves of forward wheels.
Remove forward wheels.

Release clamps and remove the lower mudguard of a motor compartment (see fig. 3.1-1).

Unscrew nuts of 3 and 4 (fig. 12-13) and take off a stabilizer earring.
Unscrew a bolt of fastening of the lower holding 1 lever to the lower frame.

Unscrew a bolt of fastening of the lower managing director of the lever 2 to the lower frame. For extraction of bolts lower a back part of the lower frame. Unscrew bolts of fastening of 1 (fig. 12-14) of a plate of support of the lower frame and unscrew bolts of fastening of the lower frame 2.
Unscrew bolts of fastening of the left and right support 3 of the transmission.
Unscrew bolts of fastening of support 5 of the engine to the lower frame.
Unscrew bolts of fastening of a forward part of the lower frame 4.
Remove the lower forward frame.

Installation
Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal, taking into account the following.
The arrow on an earring of the stabilizer specifies the direction of movement.
Finally tighten bolts and nuts of fastening of rubber elements of a forward suspension bracket on the car standing on wheels.
Check and if necessary adjust the angles of installation of wheels.
