18.4. Rotary fist
Removal
Using a screw-driver edge as the lever, remove a cap from the central part of a disk of a wheel.
On the car standing on wheels weaken bolts of fastening of shaft of the drive to naves of forward wheels.
Lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports. Remove forward wheels.

Take the ABS 3 sensor from a rotary fist and disconnect 2 wires of the sensor from a clip.
Unscrew bolts 4, remove a support of a forward brake and a soft wire tie a support to a body. The support should not hang on a brake hose.
Remove a brake disk.

Unscrew bolts of fastening of a tip of steering thirst for a rotary fist (see fig. 12-4).

Using a stripper of spherical hinges, take spherical hinges of the lower holding and operating levers from a rotary fist. At the same time do not damage a protective cover of the hinge of equal angular speeds of a shaft of the drive.
Unscrew a bolt with a fillet of fastening of a shaft of the drive.
Unscrew a nut, take a bolt of fastening of spherical hinges of the top levers of a forward suspension bracket to a rotary fist (see fig. 12-4) and remove spherical hinges from a rotary fist. Do not expand grooves in a rotary fist at extraction of the top cross levers.
Having rejected from the car a rotary fist aside, take a drive shaft from a nave of a forward wheel and a spherical tip of the lower managing director of the lever from a rotary fist.
Remove a rotary fist from the car.
Installation
Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal, taking into account the following.
Screw in and tighten bolts of fastening of external CV JOINTS to naves of forward wheels the moment of 190 N · m, then in addition tighten them on a corner 180 °. Tighten bolts of fastening of shaft of the drive to naves of forward wheels only on the car standing on wheels.
