Removal
Merge cooling liquid.
Take off a gear belt.

Unscrew a bolt of fastening of the directing roller (see fig. 3.4-55).
Unscrew bolts and remove a back casing of a gear belt (see fig. 3.4-55).
Disconnect from the fuel pump of high pressure the electric socket (see fig. 3.4-56).
Unscrew bolts of fastening and remove the fuel pump of high pressure (see fig. 3.4-56).
Disconnect the electric socket from the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid.
Unscrew bolts of fastening and remove the right and average pipes of the cooling system.

Unscrew a bolt of fastening of an average pipe of the cooling system and, having pulled a pipe back, remove its (fig. 7-28).

Unscrew bolts and, having pulled forward, remove a forward average pipe of the cooling system (fig. 7-29).
Installation
Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal, taking into account the following.
Before installation clear a nest for a sealing ring.
Establish a new sealing ring, previously having greased it with G 012 A8 D cooling liquid.
Fill in cooling liquid.
