Removal
Merge cooling liquid.

Unscrew screws and remove an engine casing (see fig. 3.3-24).

Unscrew bolts and remove the thermofilter over a turbocompressor (see fig. 3.3-4).

Remove forward air ducts (see fig. 3.3-25).
Weaken collars and remove an air branch pipe from the air filter.

Weaken collars, unscrew bolts and remove an air branch pipe from a turbocompressor and a cooler of air (fig. 7-22).
Disconnect electric sockets from the left section of a pipe of the cooling system.
Weaken a collar and disconnect back section of a pipe of the cooling system.
Disconnect a forward pipe of the cooling system of an additional heater from a cooling system pipe.
Unscrew a bolt of fastening of a pipe of the cooling system to an intermediate element of a turbocompressor.

Unscrew bolts of fastening of the right section of a pipe of the cooling system to a head of the block of cylinders, turn a pipe up and remove it from the engine (fig. 7-23).

Installation
Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.
Fill in cooling liquid in the cooling system.
