Removal
Merge cooling liquid.
Remove the mechanical valve of system of recirculation of the fulfilled gases.

Weaken collars and disconnect cooling system hoses from the left section of a pipe of the cooling system (fig. 7-21).
Unscrew a bolt of fastening of the left section of a pipe of the cooling system (see fig. 7-21).
Disconnect a cooling system hose from a radiator.
Remove a vacuum hose from the vacuum pump.
Unscrew and remove the thermofilter from the vacuum pump.
Take out the left section of a pipe of the cooling system from the engine, turn it up and remove from the engine.
Installation
Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal, taking into account the following.
Grease a new sealing ring with structure of G 012 A8 D and establish on forward section of a pipe of the cooling system.
Install the left section of a pipe of the cooling system in the engine.
Install the mechanical valve of recirculation of the fulfilled gases.
Establish a gear belt.
Fill in cooling liquid.
