Removal
Merge cooling liquid.
Take off a gear belt.

Unscrew a bolt of fastening of the directing roller (see fig. 3.4-55).
Unscrew bolts and remove a back casing of a gear belt (see fig. 3.4-55).

Installation
Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal, taking into account the following.
At installation it is necessary to use a new sealing ring and laying.
At installation of the thermostat the valve for removal of air has to settle down from above.
Turning a shaft of the water pump, check a condition of bearings of the water pump and if necessary replace them.
Establish a gear belt.
Fill in cooling liquid.
