6.3. Forward cross-piece of a motor compartment

Removal
Before a detachment of the rechargeable battery find out whether you have a code of turning on of the radio receiver.
Switch off ignition and disconnect a wire of "weight" from the rechargeable battery.
Uncover a broad tank.
Remove forward wheels.

Unscrew screws of fastening of a heater of an exhaust pipe and a noise isolation of an additional heater (fig. 3.4-15).

Release clamps and remove forward section of the lower mudguard of a motor compartment (fig. 3.4-16).
Install under the engine the pallet for collecting liquid.

Unscrew three carving stoppers and merge cooling liquid from the cooling system (fig. 3.4-17).
Release a clip, weaken a collar and remove cooling system hoses in a forward part of a motor compartment.
Unscrew a bolt and disconnect the pipeline of cooling of the automatic transmission from the lower part of a radiator.
Disconnect the electric socket from the electromagnetic coupling, release a clamp and move wires aside.
Remove a forward casing.

The screw-driver with a thin edge release clamps and remove air inlet lattices from a bumper (fig. 3.4-18).
On cars with screen wipers of headlights disconnect a washer hose from the T-shaped connector.
Through the opened openings unscrew bolts from two parties of a bumper and remove a bumper.
Release clips and separate an air inlet and its branch pipe from a forward cross-piece.

Having pulled for lateral faces up, remove a casing of the engine (fig. 3.4-19).
Unscrew screws and remove an additional left casing in a motor compartment.
Merge liquid from hydraulic system of the amplifier of the helmsman at board.
Weaken collars, turn out connecting nuts and disconnect tubes of hydraulic system of the amplifier of steering.
Release a cable of opening of a cowl from clips.
Unscrew a bolt and disconnect the pipeline of cooling of the automatic transmission from the top part of a radiator.
Weaken collars and remove cooling system hoses from a forward cross-piece.
Disconnect a cooling system hose from the right top part of a radiator.
Disconnect electric sockets from the left and right headlights.

Turn out on one screw and remove headlights (fig. 3.4-20).

Disconnect the electric sockets located about a sound signal (fig. 3.4-21).
Remove air inlets at the left and to the right of a radiator.
Turn out screws and remove a radiator of hydraulic system of the amplifier of steering.
Remove the lower air inlet of a radiator.

Unscrew bolts and remove arms of a bumper (fig. 3.4-22).

Unscrew bolts which via rubber plugs fix a forward cross-piece (fig. 3.4-23).
Remove a forward cross-piece with the assistant.

Installation
The engine is installed in the sequence, the return to removal, taking into account the following.
Establish a forward cross-piece.
Establish headlights.
Establish a front bumper.
Check and if necessary adjust light of headlights.
