6.4. Poliklinovy belt
Poliklinova the belt carries out the drive of the generator, the pump of the amplifier of steering, the fan of a radiator, the compressor of the conditioner and the water pump depending on modification of the engine.
Removal
Preventions
Before removal by chalk, a marker or paint note the direction of rotation of a poliklinovy belt. If at installation of the poliklinovy belt which was in the use, it rotates in other party, it will lead to its destruction. Make sure that poliklinovy the belt is correctly located on pulleys.
It is forbidden to open a contour of coolant of the air conditioning system.

Adjusting laying of 17 (fig. 3.4-24) happens various thickness and serves for adjustment of coaxiality of a pulley and a poliklinovy belt.
Remove a forward cross-piece of a motor compartment.
Weaken a tension of a poliklinovy belt, having turned a key the tension mechanism clockwise (see fig. 3.4-4).

For fixing of the mechanism of a tension of a poliklinovy belt in the weakened situation insert a six-sided key into the fixing canals (fig. 3.4-25).
Take off poliklinovy a belt and release the mechanism of a tension of a poliklinovy belt.
Installation
Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal, taking into account the following.
Establish poliklinovy a belt at first on a pulley of a bent shaft, then on single pulleys and in the last turn on a pulley of a tension roller.
Launch the engine and check correctness of work of a poliklinovy belt.
Establish a forward cross-piece.
