Unscrew bolts and disconnect the left pipe of recirculation of the fulfilled gases (see fig. 3.4-53).
Unscrew bolts of fastening of a turbocompressor to a final collector (see fig. 3.4-53).
Unscrew bolts of fastening of the fuel heat exchanger.
Disconnect an average pipe of the cooling system from the back party of a head of the block of cylinders.

Disconnect electric sockets from nozzles (see fig. 3.4-50).
Unscrew a clip of fastening of wires and take wires aside (see fig. 3.4-50).
Release from clips the giving fuel-supply line 1 (see fig. 3.4-50) and remove it from nozzles.

Weaken a collar and remove a fuel hose from the T-shaped splitter (see fig. 3.4-51).
Remove a spring bracket and disconnect a fuel-supply line from the giving fuel pump (see fig. 3.4-51).
Disconnect fuel-supply lines about the right cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
Unscrew a stopper of an oil-filling mouth.

For a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a bent shaft turn a shaft until in an opening of an oil-filling mouth dredging is not visible (see fig. 3.4-43).

Unscrew bolts of fastening of casings of nozzles, pull casings up and turn them on 90 ° counterclockwise (see fig. 3.4-44).

Unscrew the opened bolts of fastening of nozzles (see fig. 3.4-45).
Pull up and remove nozzles of cylinders 1 and 3. At removal of nozzles it is possible to use the lever.
Turn a bent shaft clockwise on 180 ° and remove nozzles of cylinders 2 and 4.

Unscrew bolts and remove the right cover of a head of the block of cylinders (see fig. 3.4-46).

Unscrew bolts and remove back casings of a gear belt (see fig. 3.4-55, 3.4-58).

Disconnect fuel-supply lines from TNVD.
Disconnect the electric socket from the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid.
Unscrew bolts and remove an average pipe of the cooling system.
Unscrew bolts and uncover the right head of the block of cylinders (see fig. 3.4-46).

Unscrew bolts and remove the right head of the block of cylinders (fig. 3.4-57).

Preparation of a head for installation
Privalochny surfaces of a head and the block of cylinders have to be absolutely pure. For their cleaning use a firm plastic or wooden scraper. When cleaning be careful as it is very easy to damage aluminum alloy. Check that the deposit did not get to oil canals and channels of the cooling system. It is especially important for the lubrication system as the deposit can block supply of oil to engine details. If necessary clear channels.
Check privalochny surfaces of a head and the block of cylinders for existence of notches, deep scratches and other damages. Small defects can be eliminated with machining. At major defects replace details.
Clear openings under bolts in the block. Screwing up of a bolt in the opening filled with oil can entail a rupture of the block because of excessive hydraulic pressure.

Installation of a head of the block of cylinders
At installation it is necessary to use new bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders.
All clips and collars which at removal of the engine were damaged or cut need to be replaced with new.
At installation it is necessary to replace with new samokontryashchiyesya of a nut and bolts which tightened a dovorachivaniye on a certain corner, and also sealing rings and laying.
Check planeness of a privalochny surface of a head of the block of cylinders.
When replacing a head of the block of cylinders and its laying in the cooling system it is necessary to fill in fresh cooling liquid.
New laying of a head of the block of cylinders needs to be taken from packing just before installation.

If new pistons are installed on the engine, it is necessary to measure a vystupaniye of pistons from the block of cylinders (fig. 3.4-59).

On the basis of the size of a vystupaniye of pistons choose thickness of new laying of a head of the block of cylinders (fig. 3.4-60).

Establish laying on the directing pins, at the same time the inscription "oben" has to be directed to a head.
If works on the valvate mechanism were carried out, turn manually the engine on two whole revolutions to be sure that there was no blow of pistons about valves.

Before installation of a head of the block of cylinders install the piston of the first cylinder and the camshaft in compression step VMT. Record a bent shaft in this situation. For fixing of a bent shaft from the block of cylinders unscrew the sensor of the moment of injection of fuel and instead of it screw the adjusting screw 3242 (fig. 3.4-61).
Using a screw-driver edge as the lever, uncover, closing a camshaft end face on a head of the block of cylinders.

Establish instead of a cover the clamp 3458 defining a starting position of the camshaft (see fig. 3.4-36).
Insert bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders and tighten them by hand.
In the sequence shown in the figure 3.4-57 tighten bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders in four stages:
The 1st – the moment of 35 N · m;
The 2nd – the moment of 60 N · m;
– to tighten the 3rd on a corner 90 °;
– to tighten the 4th on a corner 90 °
Further additional pulling up of bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders is not required.

Left head of the block of cylinders
At installation of the directing pipe for the index (probe) of level of oil it is necessary to establish a new sealing ring.

Both heads of the block of cylinders
Establish a gear belt.
Establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
Fill in fresh cooling liquid.
Connect a wire of "weight" to the rechargeable battery.
Turn on the radio receiver and enter into it a code.
Lift glasses power windows up to an emphasis. Then press all switches of a window regulator once again, at least for 1 second, in the provision of closing for activation of the control unit of window regulators.
Determine time on hours.
