7.8. System of ignition

The system of ignition creates in each cylinder of the engine at some point the spark category which ignites the compressed gas mixture. For formation of a spark in the ignition coil tension of the battery of 12 V will be transformed to the high voltage of ignition of 25 000-30 000 Century.
For definition of the moment of ignition the control unit uses information which is stored in memories, and information from the sensors installed on the engine. The system of ignition receives the operating signals from Hall's sensor or the pulse sensor. In addition the control unit corrects the moment of ignition and on a signal from the detonation sensor which is sensitive to premature ignition, respectively reduces an ignition advancing corner.

Preventions
Not to damage semiconductor devices (diodes and transistors) at work on system of ignition, it is necessary to fulfill the following requirements:
– in operating time of the engine do not disconnect the rechargeable battery, the generator or any electric sockets;
– when carrying out any works remove the negative plug from the rechargeable battery;
– during electrowelding works on the car switch-off the generator and the control unit;
– do not allow operation of the engine with the generator disconnected from electric system.
Do not touch high-voltage wires by a hand and do not disconnect them during the operation of the engine or during a provorachivaniye of a bent shaft of the engine a starter.
Disconnect wires of system of ignition and a wire of measuring devices only at the switched-off ignition.
