Sealing ring of the camshaft
Take off a gear belt.
Unscrew a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a gear belt of the camshaft and remove a pulley.

For removal of a sealing ring use a stripper of 2085 (see fig. 3.3-64). Unscrew an internal part of a stripper on six turns from an external part of a stripper and rigidly record both parts.
Install a stripper on the camshaft and, strongly pressing, screw in it in a sealing ring. Rasfiksiruyte both parts of a stripper and, rotating an internal part of a stripper, remove a sealing ring. Remove a sealing ring from a stripper.
Clear an installation site of a sealing ring.
Oil engine a working edge and an external surface of a new sealing ring before its installation into place.
Install by a mandrel of 3241 (fig. 3.3-65) a sealing ring on the camshaft and, using a bolt of fastening of a pulley, press a sealing ring in a nest.
Establish a pulley of a gear belt of the camshaft and a gear belt.

Removal
Before a detachment of the rechargeable battery find out whether you have a code of turning on of the radio receiver.
Switch off ignition and disconnect a wire of "weight" from the rechargeable battery.
Uncover a head of the block of cylinders.
Take off a gear belt from camshaft pulleys.

Unscrew screws and remove the top section 2 casings of a gear belt (see fig. 3.3-58).
Unscrew screws and remove left 1 and right the 3rd casings of a gear belt.
Marker note the adjusting provision of yokes.
Unscrew bolts of fastening of covers of bearings and remove camshafts.
Installation
Check that the bent shaft was recorded by the adjusting screw 3242.
Unscrew the hairpin located in a camshaft end face from a head of the block of cylinders.
Make sure that persistent half rings are in the place.
Check a state and the provision of yokes and hydraulic pushers.
Install the camshaft of inlet valves into place so that in an end face of a shaft it was possible to install adaptation 3458 (fig. 3.3-67).
Install the camshaft of final valves into place so that in an end face of a shaft it was possible to install adaptation 3458.
Establish covers of bearings 0 and 4 and fix them by bolts (see fig. 3.3-68).
Repeatedly check the provision of yokes and hydraulic pushers.
Clear privalochny surfaces on a head of the block of cylinders and extreme covers of the camshaft.
Apply on a privalochny surface of the right internal back cover a thin layer of sealant (rice 3.3-69).
Apply a thin layer of sealant (fig. 3.3-70) on a privalochny surface of an external back or forward right cover.
Establish external covers.
Establish other covers and tighten the required moment of a nut of their fastening.
Screw in a hairpin.
Further installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.
Establish a gear belt.
Establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
Wait 30 minutes before launch of the engine in order that hydraulic pushers came to the normal state, otherwise pistons can hit against valves.
