At installation it is necessary to use new laying of 18 (fig. 3.3-32) and a bolt 27.

Removal
Uncover an oil-filling mouth.

For a bolt of fastening of a pulley turn a bent shaft in the direction of working rotation before emergence of a tag of "OT" (VMT) on distributive to a shaft in an opening of an oil-filling mouth (fig. 3.3-33).

Turn out screws of fastening of a heater of an exhaust pipe and a noise isolation of an additional heater (fig. 3.3-34).

Release clamps and remove forward section of the lower mudguard of a motor compartment (fig. 3.3-35).

Unscrew two bolts and remove an arm of the lower mudguard of a motor compartment (fig. 3.3-36).

Record a bent shaft in this situation. For this purpose from the block of cylinders turn out a cap and instead of it screw the adjusting screw 3242 (fig. 3.3-37).
Remove the casing located behind a broad tank.
Remove a vacuum hose from the vacuum pump.
Unscrew bolts of fastening of the vacuum pump and turn the pump counterclockwise.
Weaken collars and remove an air branch pipe from the air filter.
Disconnect electric sockets from the electromagnetic valve and the valve of system of recirculation of the fulfilled gases (EGR).
Disconnect vacuum hoses from a turbocompressor and the mechanical valve of system of recirculation of the fulfilled gases and move hoses aside.
Unscrew bolts and remove the pipe connecting a turbocompressor to an air cooler.

Using a screw-driver edge as the lever, uncover, closing a camshaft end face on a head of the block of cylinders (fig. 3.3-38).
Establish clamps of the 3458th position of camshafts instead of covers.

Remove a quencher of fluctuations from a pulley of the fuel pump (fig. 3.3-39). 2 fastenings of a pulley of the fuel pump not to unscrew a nut, otherwise the moment of injection of the fuel pump will change.

Prevention
Before removal by chalk, a marker or paint note the direction of rotation of a gear belt. If at installation of the gear belt which was in the use it rotates in other party, it will lead to its destruction.

Weaken the mechanism of a tension of a gear belt of the fuel pump and take off a belt.
Unscrew eight bolts and remove a quencher of fluctuations from a pulley of a bent shaft.

Unscrew a bolt of fastening of the lower casing of a gear belt 4 (fig. 3.3-40).
Unscrew a radiator fan pulley bolt with the viscous coupling.
Unscrew fastening bolts 1–3 arms of the fan of a radiator with the viscous coupling and single pulleys.
Unscrew bolts of fastening of a pulley of a gear belt from a pulley of the fuel pump.

Using special adaptation 3036 (fig. 3.3-41), record a camshaft pulley from a provorachivaniye and serially unscrew bolts of fastening of a pulley of the camshaft on one turn (but do not unscrew completely).

Face key on 8 mm turn a tension roller of a gear belt clockwise and record it a pin with a diameter of 2 mm (fig. 3.3-42).

Using a stripper of T40001 (fig. 3.3-43), remove both pulleys of camshafts from landing cones of camshafts. At the same time the stripper has to rest against bolts of fastening of pulleys of camshafts. Pulleys of camshafts have to rotate freely, but not dangle on their adjusting cones.
Unscrew a bolt and remove a pulley of a gear belt from the left head of the block of cylinders.
Take off a gear belt.

Installation
Check that position of camshafts was recorded by clamps 3458, and the bent shaft was in the provision of VMT of the first cylinder in a compression step.
Pulleys of camshafts have to be turned freely.
It is possible to install a gear belt both on cold, and on the warm engine.
Between a pulley and a bent shaft there should not be a lubricant.
First of all establish a gear belt on a pulley of a bent shaft, then on a pulley of the right camshaft, a tension roller, a single pulley and a pulley of the water pump.
After that install a gear belt on a pulley of the left camshaft, then a pulley on the camshaft and fix it by a bolt.
Face key on 8 mm turn a tension roller of a gear belt clockwise, take out the fixing pin with a diameter of 2 mm (see fig. 3.3-42) and release a key.
Previously pull a gear belt, having turned a face key on 8 mm a tension roller counterclockwise.
Using special adaptation 3036 (see fig. 3.3-41), record a camshaft pulley from a provorachivaniye and serially screw bolts of fastening of a pulley of the camshaft.

Record a pulley of the fuel pump a pin of 3359 (fig. 3.3-44).
Establish the leading pulley of the fuel pump so that bolts settled down in the middle of the extended pulley openings, and tighten bolts so that it was possible to turn the leading pulley of the fuel pump on a camshaft pulley.
Establish a gear belt of the fuel pump.
Adjust a tension of a gear belt of the fuel pump for what a six-sided key turn the tension mechanism counterclockwise before combination of tags, and the second key tighten a nut.
Remove clamps of 3458 camshafts.
Remove the pin 3359 fixing a pulley of the fuel pump.
Turn out the adjusting screw 3242 fixing a bent shaft.
Remove the adjusting screw 3242 and clamps 3458, turn a bent shaft on two whole revolutions, establish it in the provision of VMT of the first cylinder in a step of compression and check correctness of installation cranked and camshafts. For verification of the provision of a bent shaft unscrew a cap from the block of cylinders and instead of it screw the adjusting screw 3242 (see fig. 3.3-37). For verification of the provision of camshafts establish the clamps 3458 fixing position of camshafts. If the adjusting screw 3242 and clamps 3458 were installed, so cranked and distributive shaft are established correctly.

1. At installation it is necessary to use new sealing rings of 4, 8 (fig. 3.3-46) and laying 19, 23, 25.
2. The moment of an inhaling of a bolt of the 17th fastening of a flywheel makes 60 N · m + to tighten on a corner 180 °, bolts of fastening of a frictional overlay for cars with the automatic transmission – 60 N · + to tighten m on a corner 90 °. At installation it is necessary to use new bolts 17.
3. The needle bearing 18 is installed only on cars with the mechanical transmission and is pressed in an end face of a bent shaft.
4. Laying 19 at installation does not demand application of the additional condensing resources.
5. At installation of a sealing ring in a back cover 22 it is necessary to grease with a thin butter layer its working edge.

Establish a quencher of fluctuations on a pulley of the fuel pump and fix it by bolts.

Establish a quencher of fluctuations on a pulley of a bent shaft, at the same time be convinced that the tag (fig. 3.3-45) was combined with a tag on a pulley of a gear belt, and tighten bolts of fastening of a quencher of fluctuations the moment of 22 N · m.
On the left head of the block of cylinders install the vacuum pump.
Further installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.
