16.4. Drive shaft hinge holder
Remove a lock ring and a face cover from the CV JOINT end face.
Remove the internal CV JOINT from a drive shaft for what screw in an old bolt in a shaft, establish a drive shaft holder on a tubular mandrel and, striking a bolt with the plastic hammer, a napressuyta the hinge case on a drive shaft, at the same time you hold a drive shaft at an angle about 20 °.
Remove collars of fastening of a protective cover of the hinge and shift a cover on a drive shaft.

Remove a sealing ring from a hinge case end face.
Using a stripper, remove a hinge holder from a drive shaft.
Remove the hinge case from a drive shaft.
Carefully clear a shaft and the case of the hinge of lubricant.
Check a condition of a holder of the hinge, rollers and the case of the hinge.
Put on a small collar of fastening of a protective cover and a protective cover a drive shaft.
Install the hinge case on a shaft.
Establish on a drive shaft a holder with rollers and fix it by a lock ring.
Apply 70 g of G 000 605 lubricant on a hinge holder from a shaft of the drive and install into place the hinge case.
Put 70 g of G 000 605 lubricant on the other side of a holder.

Install a protective cover on the hinge and fix it by collars, previously having raised the screw-driver an inner edge of a cover for alignment of pressure of air under a cover.

For fastening of collars it is necessary to use the tool 1683 (see fig. 10-7). Establish sponges of the tool on corners of a clip of a collar and in this situation squeeze sponges the screw, having tightened its moment 20 N · m.
