Unscrew screws of fastening of a heater of an exhaust pipe and a noise isolation of an additional heater (see fig. 3.3-34).
Release clamps and remove forward section of the lower mudguard of a motor compartment (see fig. 3.3-35).

Establish under the engine capacity for collecting engine oil.
Merge engine oil, having turned off an oil discharge stopper approximately half way. Place a container for discharge of oil under a stopper of discharge of oil and unscrew a stopper completely. If it is necessary, press a stopper when you unscrew that oil did not follow prematurely.
When oil completely flows out, screw in a stopper into place.
Remove a returnable hose 2 systems of ventilation of a case (see fig. 6-9).
Unscrew bolts and remove the lower section of the oil pallet.
Plastic or wooden scraper clear privalochny surfaces of the top and lower sections of the oil pallet of old laying.

Apply a layer of silicone sealant with a diameter of 3 mm on the privalochny surface of the oil pallet (fig. 6-10).
The layer of sealant has to have a diameter no more than 3 mm as surplus of sealant can get to oil and block the mesh filter.
Install the lower section of the oil pallet on the engine.
Tighten fastening bolts at first the moment of 5 N · m, and then finally the moment of 10 N · m.
Fill in cooling liquid.
Fill in engine oil in the engine.
Chain of the drive of the oil pump of the diesel engine of 3,3 l
Remove a forward cover from the block of cylinders.
Record a natyazhitel of a chain

Unscrew bolts of fastening and remove a natyazhitel of a chain.
Record from a provorachivaniye an asterisk of the oil pump special adaptation and unscrew a bolt of fastening of an asterisk.
Remove an asterisk from a shaft of the oil pump together with a chain.
If necessary remove the leading asterisk of a chain from a bent shaft.
Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal, taking into account the following.
At installation of the leading asterisk of a chain marking on an asterisk has to be directed forward.
At installation of an asterisk of the oil pump marking on an asterisk has to be directed back.
Establish a forward cover of the block of cylinders.
Oil pump of the diesel engine of 3,3 l
Remove the lower section of the oil pallet.
Remove a chain of the drive of the oil pump.
Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal, taking into account the following.
Establish a chain of the drive of the oil pump.
Establish the lower section of the oil pallet.
Top section of the oil pallet of the diesel engine of 3,3 l
Remove a back cover.
Remove the oil pump.
Remove the left and right turbocompressors.
Remove an arm of an oil filter with the heat exchanger.
Unscrew a bolt and remove the directing pipe for the index (probe) of level of oil.
Remove the valve of restriction of pressure of nadduvochny air.
Remove the pump of hydraulic system of the amplifier of steering.
Remove the left support of the engine.
Remove the left pipe of the cooling system.

Unscrew bolts of fastening of the top section of the oil pallet and remove the oil pallet (fig. 6-15).
Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal, taking into account the following.
At installation it is necessary to use new sealing rings and laying. On laying apply a thin film of means of AMV 188 001 02.
Plastic or wooden scraper clear privalochny surfaces of the top section of the oil pallet and block of cylinders of old laying.

Apply a layer of silicone sealant with a diameter of 3 mm on the privalochny surface of the oil pallet (fig. 6-16).
The layer of sealant should not exceed diameter of 2-3 mm as surplus of sealant can get to oil and block the mesh filter.
Establish the top section of the oil pallet and fix by bolts.
Install the oil pump.
Establish a back cover.
Establish the lower section of the oil pallet. Tighten bolts of fastening evenly on diagonal.
Establish an arm of an oil filter.
Establish the right and left turbocompressors.
Fill in engine oil in the engine.
