Unscrew screws of fastening of a heater of an exhaust pipe and a noise isolation of an additional heater (see fig. 3.3-34).

Release clamps and remove forward section of the lower mudguard of a motor compartment (see fig. 3.3-35).

Disconnect the electric socket from the sensor of level of oil (fig. 6-3).
Establish under the engine capacity for collecting cooling liquid.
Unscrew a stopper and merge cooling liquid.
Unscrew a fastening bolt to the block of cylinders of the holder of a pipe of discharge of cooling liquid.
Establish under the engine capacity for collecting engine oil.
Merge engine oil for what weaken an oil discharge stopper approximately half way. Place capacity for collecting oil under a stopper of discharge and unscrew a stopper completely. If it is necessary, press a stopper when you unscrew that oil did not follow prematurely.
When oil completely flows out, screw in into place a stopper.
Unscrew bolts and remove the lower section of the oil pallet.
Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.

Note
At installation it is necessary to use new sealing rings.

On engines with laying on the lower section of the oil pallet check a state and an arrangement of laying.
Plastic or wooden scraper clear privalochny surfaces of the top and lower sections of the oil pallet of old laying.
By means of the rotating metal brush got on an electric drill purify sealant from the oil pallet.

Apply a layer of D176 404 A2 sealant with a diameter of 3 mm on the privalochny surface of the oil pallet (fig. 6-4).
After drawing a layer of sealant the oil pallet needs to be installed within 5 min., to allow to dry up to sealant of 30 min. and only after that to fill in engine oil in the engine.
The layer of sealant has to have a diameter no more than 3 mm as surplus of sealant can get to oil and block the mesh filter.
Evenly on diagonal tighten bolts of fastening of the oil pallet.
On engines with laying on the lower section of the oil pallet do not draw bolts, otherwise laying of the oil pallet is deformed.
On engines in which the lower section of the oil pallet is established on sealant tighten fastening bolts at first the moment of 5 N · m, then finally the moment of 10 N · m.
Fill in cooling liquid.
Fill in engine oil in the engine.

Unscrew screws and remove an engine casing (see fig. 3.3-24).

Unscrew a bolt of fastening of the fan of a radiator with the viscous coupling, holding from a provorachivaniye a fan axis an additional wrench (see fig. 3.3-26).
Unscrew the bolts located above before a radiator and remove a radiator fan casing.
Remove the fan with the viscous coupling together with a casing.

Unscrew screws and remove a casing of a poliklinovy belt (see fig. 3.3-27).
Uncover a broad tank.
Uncover an oil-filling mouth.

For a bolt of fastening of a pulley turn a bent shaft in the direction of working rotation before emergence of a tag of "OT" (VMT) on distributive to a shaft in an opening of an oil-filling mouth (see fig. 3.3-33).
Unscrew screws of fastening of a heater of an exhaust pipe and a noise isolation of an additional heater (see fig. 3.3-34).
Release clamps and remove forward section of the lower mudguard of a motor compartment (see fig. 3.3-35).

Unscrew two bolts and remove an arm of the soundproofing panel (see fig. 3.3-36)
Remove the lower section of the oil pallet.

Record a bent shaft in this situation, having unscrewed a cap from the block of cylinders and instead of it having screwed the adjusting screw 3242 (see fig. 3.3-37).

Unscrew two bolts and remove a partition (fig. 6-5).
Unscrew a bolt cap 2 and instead of it screw the adjusting screw 3204 fixing a balancing shaft.

Weaken, but do not unscrew a bolt of fastening of 1 asterisk of the oil pump (see fig. 6-6).
Weaken, but do not unscrew a bolt of fastening of an asterisk of a balancing shaft (see fig. 6-6).
Unscrew hollow bolts 4 fastenings of an oil pipeline of the oil pump and a balancing shaft, and also a bolt 2 fastenings of an arm of an oil pipeline and remove an oil pipeline.
Unscrew two bolts and remove a delivery oil pipeline.
Unscrew bolts of fastening of an intermediate asterisk of a chain and remove it.
Unscrew bolts and remove an asterisk from a shaft of the oil pump.

Unscrew bolts and remove the oil pump (fig. 6-7).
Install the oil pump in the sequence, the return to removal, taking into account the following.
Check that adjusting screws 3242 and 3204 were on the places.
Tighten a bolt of fastening of an asterisk of the oil pump.
Establish the lower section of the oil pallet.
Install the radiator fan with the viscous coupling.
