The pump of the amplifier of steering (see fig. 14-25) is executed in the form of the block which is not subject to repair.

Unscrew four screws and remove a casing of the engine (fig. 14-23).

Unscrew screws and remove a casing of a poliklinovy belt (fig. 14-24).

10 mm weaken a tension of a poliklinovy belt, having turned the tension mechanism clockwise before combination of openings of 1 and 2 (fig. 14-26).
Fix the tension mechanism in this situation, having inserted a steel core with a diameter of 5 mm into an opening.
If necessary unscrew and remove a pulley of a poliklinovy belt.

Disconnect high-voltage wires from coils of ignition (fig. 14-27).
Clip 3094 press the soaking-up hose of hydraulic system of the amplifier of steering.
Unscrew hollow bolts and disconnect the soaking-up and pressure head hoses from the pump of the amplifier of steering.
Unscrew bolts and remove the pump of the amplifier of steering together with an arm.
Unscrew bolts and remove the pump of the amplifier of steering from an arm.

Installation
Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.
Before installation of the pump fill it with fresh G 002 000 liquid.
At installation it is necessary to use new sealing rings and collars.
